Byerly RV Sales

Wife and I took delivery of our new trailer yesterday evening. We purchased a Laredo trailer from Byerly RV in Eureka, Mo.

I was very impressed with the PDI. I went in loaded for bear trying to make sure I did not take delivery if something was wrong. They took there time with us, and answered every single question. Our PDI was well over 2 hours long!

All in all, we had a very pleasant experience. We live a good distance from their location, but I'll make the drive to patronize Byerly. They have earned my business.

Thanks

Dale

Byerly is a decent dealership, they almost earned our business. What ultimately turned us away was their desire to keep the RV we were buying on the lot through Memorial Day as a show trailer (we were supposed to take delivery in March). It was a new floor plan, took them over 2 months to get it and they had several people interested. They were willing to take another $500 off the price for our troubles. I told them to keep it as long as they wanted and we purchased from Apache Village. I liked everyone at Byerly except the sales manager, probably not even the same guy by now.

Yea, I would not have been pleased with that either I don't think. Our trailer was fresh off the line, and they sent a driver up to pick it up for us instead of us waiting for the normal delivery. So, ours never went out on the lot to have people walking through it.

Congratulations on your new TT. And i agree, when you buy from Byerly you become family. Be sure and take advantage of their Spring and Fall campouts. They are great!! Happy camping.

We're originally from St. Louis, and the good Byerly name has been around for generations. They used to make their own trailers.
