It sounds like the lug nuts are loose, like the wheel is wobbling but it’s tight

It could be anything from a dry/bad bearing, a race that's not installed properly, a brake shoe dragging, a magnet not properly installed, a brake component that broke and is loose inside the hub.... The list goes on and on.

Best advice, take the wheel off, take the hub off and find out what's wrong before you tow it again. Only then will you know if the wheel/tire are going to fall off and damage your trailer or if the hub is potentially going to "let go" and possibly kill someone if it goes bouncing down the highway at 60 MPH.

Get it fixed or fix it before towing again !!!!

Even the center cap can cause sound as the wheel rotates. But since you do not know find out now before a little problem is a major one.

I agree, pull the wheel now and see what is wrong; you don't want a wheel to detach from the trailer. I bought a 2 year old Jayco pop up from my parents decades ago. Dad said he had just completed taking care of all the maintenance so I just began using it. Made a few shorter trips then made one (about 4 hours) up into the mountains to a place we loved to camp. Made it off the highway and onto the mountain road that led to the stream. It was about 10pm as I slowly drove down the road when BAM the truck jerked and I could see the pop up in the rear view mirror as it leaned heavily to one side. Got out and I had no right wheel....tire or wheel. Began to look around and although only going 5-6 mph that wheel was about 40' from us against the side of the hill. Dad had not serviced the wheels and I had not checked them (I've learned). The bearings had failed and cut the spindle right off the end of the axle. I can't imagine something like that happening to a 15-16" wheel at 65 mph on a highway - or the horrible things that it could cause.

what kind of hitch do you have, I have a Equilizer with sway bars and that thing is noisy esp when turning. Read one site that said the guy felt guilty arriving late at a camp site. try driving around without the antisway bars.
