Cleaning AC cover

After climbing up and removing my AC cover, I noticed that it had not enjoyed the harsh winter. I’m wondering if anyone has tried throwing one of these in the washing machine? It’s white vinyl outside, with a fuzzy non-scratch fabric inside.
I laid it over my recycling bin, and scrubbed it as best I could with soap and water. A nasty job, and a LOT better than before but still some dirty areas on it.

This is what it looks like on ads.
