Saabdoctor is absolutely correct!
How did you check the fuse? If you used an ohmmeter (multimeter) and it checked good, then you might have fried a wire (power lead) from the fuse box to the lights/fan. That could be painful!
But if the fuse only "looks good", it might actually be bad with just a hairline break.
Let us know what you find! If you did fry a power lead (distribution line from the fuse box to the lights/fan), it will probably be a melted wire and insulation behind the fuse box or maybe at a bend. Hopefully it will not be in the ceiling! Fuses are safeguards, but sometimes they do not "work" fast enough.
