Tank sensors in 2016 Keystone 2400BH

I can't get the sensor lights to show empty after I empty my tanks. I have tried everything. Sometimes they show 2/3 or full after I have used the tank rinser built in for at the least 1/2 hour or so and the grey tank hardly ever showes empty. Any suggestions on how to flush and get a true reading for the tanks? I would really appreciate any help or suggestions on this matter.

Lots of threads/posts regarding this issue on here that might help so try doing a search. Look up the "Geo Method" - works well for some folks.
Try to keep grease and/or food scraps out of the galley tank - use screens on the drains. We had trouble with our galley tank never reading less than 1/3 - DW started using a product called "Elemonate" by Walex. It's a dissoluble tablet that you simply place in the sink drain and then run hot water until it dissolves. Helps clean the grease/fatty solids from the tank and helps prevent odor.
As for the black tank, make sure you are using a TP that is easily dissolved in water. Make sure you use enough water when flushing solids. Fill the tank with water before you dump and always rinse the tank thoroughly. As others on here have said - "water is your friend"

Dawn Ultra Blue and HOT water do the trick for gray tanks here at work. Run the water heater on LP, when it shuts off you know the water is hot. Put the drain plug on the sink and add a healthy amount of Dawn. Fill sink with hot water, pull plug and continue to run hot water. You can turn off the water heater, just leave the hot faucet run until the tank is full. Leave overnight, drain and leave the valve open.

You're best option is to learn how long it takes to fill them & don't worry about the pretty red lights or you'll be dealing with them from now on.
The Dawn is the best cleaner for all the tanks, add some with water & do your travels, it will keep tanks clean, but won't necessarily do anything for the sensors.
