2008 Everest black tank part number

Anyone happen to know what it is or how to find it? My rig had a giant crack and Im trying to help the repair shop find it. If it costs too much to fix it then Im done RVing.

If your shop has experience, I suggest they would be taking measurements of the tank because there are likely tank sources that will have those measurements. Trekwood.com has holding tanks and dimensions but I would measure. There likely won't be much luck finding "part numbers". Trekwood is commonly known to have insane shipping costs.

There are a number of "Tank Manufacturers" around the Elkhart Indiana area. They build and supply tanks to all the RV manufacturers. Tanks are typically not sold by "part number" after several years, but rather are sold by measurements, LxWxH and where the holes for fittings are placed.

Here are links to a couple of places that sell tanks and both have the capability to "custom build" a tank for you, if they don't have what you need in their inventory.

I would give RecPro a call (their number is on the website above). They are easy to deal with, regularly ship their merchandise via UPS and FedEx and charge much less shipping than Trekwood.

Went to Trekwood and they had a search by rig year and model. I did for the Everest and they have 3 different types.

BUT

All three were listed as NLA ... Which I know means No Longer Available.

Ill wait for the dealer to find if its available. I dont know if its a end or Right or Left feed.

If the repair shop found the crack in the tank, surely they will know what configuration you should be looking for in a new tank. In the Trekwood link that was provided, yes the original tanks showed NLA, but there was also a number that was a replacement for the original number. Is that also NLA?

How big is the crack in the tank? These older ABS tanks can be repaired, so that also should be considered. Our grey tank developed a crack in the bottom over seven years ago and I repaired the crack and it is still holding just fine. The grey and black tanks are exactly the same except for some, have the discharge in a different position.
