Unhappy poor radio reception

Hello I'm just a new member of this site.I'm very impressed at all the help that is available out there from other Keystone owners.Last year we bought a 2009 Cougar 278RKS.We really love it,the first winter up here in Saskatoon Saskatchewan the lino in the kitchen area just all cracked and curled up.I tell you that this was a scary site for me and my wife.We contacted our dealer about the issue, they had us take to them as soon as the snow was gone and they repaired it just like new,now we are going back into winter so we will what takes place in the spring.we ahve a problem with very poor radio reception though, you pretty near have to be sitting on the radio station to get any.I was wondering if anyone has had that problem and what was done to fix it.We are planning to be permanent rvers starting next spring after we sell or home. This site sure will come in handy.I also plan to install two six volt batteries in the trailer,we have purchased a Solar generator with 4 15 panels to make 60 amps to keep the batteries charged up.We ahve used it on just one 12volt it works fine
