Nor an old Windows 7 desk top, nor a new iPhone.

Try this one? I think there was a formatting issue in that other link.

I gotta get one of those manly looking hood scoops that are on the Chevy trucks! They would make my ol' F250 look bad to the bone... actually they look kind of silly on a Chevy bwhahahaha I hope the truck experts got all that techno babble on that link. The 3/4 ton and 1 ton looked about the same if the 3/4 ton was up-fitted with stuff for towing. And a new F350 diesel is almost $10K more than the gas engine and since I don't need the capability the only place I might have a chance of recouping all that money would be if I sold it and I don't frequently sell my trucks if they are still capable of being kept in service.

The only thing i know fore sure is mt 18 gmc has more power and bigger yellow sticker! My 13 2500 duramax stoped my rig as good and handled as well after air bags and 18 inch tires and rims .

Great article.... I think many folks are unaware of just how similar the trucks are.

New 1 TON... $50,000 plus! New Hood-scoop... J C Whitney $20.00 +/- ! You choose. Other than that I read a lot of "Techno-babble". They make two trucks in the HD class regardless of manufacturer. 3/4 or 1 TON, Of course there's a difference!
p.s. My '65 GTO had a hood scoop too! Didn't work, but sure looked COOL! I painted it "Candy Apple Red" so no one could miss it... LOL

Don't know if you ever watch those vintage car auctions from Las Vegas (I think). The old goats bring some serious money if they are bone stock and perfect. The ones with a few tasteful mods can bring good cash too.
My old clunker F250 is so non-stock that it would be really hard to compare it to the original version. Suspension has been heavily upgraded and it rides terrible as a result; wish they would pave the roads out in my part of the county!
