Running Generator

We have a 383 Fuzion we are set up in a park for the winter. Question is we need to run generator every 30 days or so. Do I have to disconect the shore line power or is it ok to just start it up and run it untill temp comes up, I did put stabil gas treatment in all my fuel tanks. thanks George

Start it up and let it run...don't worry about unplugging it. The transfer switch will automatically switch to generator, and back to shore power when it turns off

You also need to put it undaer a load... There is a lot of people that think just letting it run is good enough but it needs to be put under a load to make sure every thing works and gets used.
