Table tray holder

Hi all we have a Fuzion429. It comes with 4 small “tables” that insert into each end of the couch. For some reason our couch is missing one of the inserts On the end (so we only have 3 inserts) but the trailer came with 4 tables. I’ve looking at pictures online and I’m seeeing all trailers with 4 inserts for the tables yet we only have 3! What the heck!? Also we were missing the kitchen back splash (white subway tiles) and I called keystone and they are shipping out back splash and installing it at the dealer under warranty. I’m wondering if they are going to have to ship out a new couch now?! Quality control was not so good on my rig I guess. Thanks all who post feedback, much appreciated!
