Just purchased our first RV. An Analanche 395BH. Still looking for the right TV, your feedback is appreciated. Anything that I need to lookout for with this model?

Welcome to the forum from Southern MD. Enjoy your new rig. If you do a search in the towing and Tow Vehicle (TV) sub forums you should find a lot of guidance on how to run the numbers. I suggest a diesel dually with a large payload capacity. You need to make sure you don't exceed any of your TV when you are loaded and ready to camp. Enjoy your TV search.

Welcome and congrats on your new Avalanche.
As far as TV, any of the "Big 3" 1-ton diesel dually trucks will pull(with ease) that coach, which has a GVWR of 16,500 lbs. Too large for any 3/4 ton vehicle, and would be marginal at best for a SRW 1-ton.
Who doesn't like shopping for trucks, aye? Welcome again.

Tbos and Buster both were on the money. Your pin weight is about 2800 and SRW 350/3500's is in the 3800 pound range. You have less than 1000 pounds to play with; fuel, passengers, cargo. And don't even think about gas.....diesel is the way to go. And welcome to the forum, by the way!

Welcome to the forum and boy are the previous posts right on the mark. 1 ton dually, diesel. Yeah I know, it;s expensive and big, but it really does the job. No second thoughts.

Welcome to the forum and enjoy your new rig. As others have said - diesel dual wheel - crew cab with the long box. Gives you a lot of total length but it will give a better ride. As an add on - add air bags to help with the ride and towing experience.
