Cougar fifth wheel fresh water drain

I recently had my cougar 313rli serviced and they evidently drained my fresh water tank. Problem is.....It seems that they left the valve open and I am having hell figuring out how to close it. I hope it's just something simple that I'm overlooking. Please advise.

It should just be a slide gate or a screw on cap. Are you having trouble finding it or trouble figuring out how to close the drain?

If you know where the drain is and there are threads visible they didn't put the screw on cap back. You can either get your cap back, buy another (with washer) or get a screw on pvc ball valve and put that on. The ball valve is a lot more convenient.

I know where it is, but I don't understand how to work it. I've even laid down under it and the other drain valves to compare. I can see right up all of the hoses through the so called valves. The instructions don't show details nor did the sales rep give instructions. Very frustrating. I've thought about pulling them all off and installing basic ball valves, but I'd like to make sure I'm not misunderstanding these first.

Can you post a picture of what you're seeing? That would help.

Are you using the website or Tapatalk? There is a sticky in the new members area that discusses how to post pictures. It's a great tool.
