Trailer wiring harness junction box?

After our our last trip I noticed that the trailer wiring harness junction box had fallen from its mounting place. All of the screws had backed out causing the issue. The mounting screws that they used at the factory don't appear to be long enough for their intended use.

I want to use longer screws and some lock washers when I remount the junction box. My only concern with using longer screws is pssibly hitting some wires above the mounting location.

Are there any wires running above the mounting location in between the pin box frame that I need to be concerned about?

There shouldn't be any wires in the floor of the overhang. I see junction boxes hanging on many different brands, and haven't seen any issues with it.
