New-Used owner

My wife an I have been cabover/slide-in camping for a number of years and have decided to move up. Since we are on a budget, we have bought a 2004 Laredo 28RE. It isn't pristine, but the interior is nice and has what we want. I have ordered the Pullrite Superglide 2700 for our shortbed 2002 F250 Diesel CrewCab. I have a mechanic friend whose going to put it in for me. I'm still pretty nervous about the added size and weight. The cabover parked like a car. But, we are looking forward to the experience.
