I bought a 320 in July, love the floor-plan , king bed, 50" TV entertainment system and 3 slides. One thing it is Hugh driving, backing in etc. I bought it with the intention of getting a 6 month spot in Florida and 6 months in Maine. A vacation home. The 2 times that I've taken it out were both within 2 hours of my home, so no having to fuel up etc on the road. But leaving for Florida on Nov 3rd. On a side note I had a extra nice King Mattress and stored the RV one until when i ever sell it....It was just a cement mattress...i know some people like that, but i am spending considerable time in this Condo on wheels and need to be comfortable. The Hydraulic leveling is the best...Mine works great so far, push a button and let it do its thing...

It probably does Jim, but honestly it hasnít been a problem in our 2017. The sink does have a P-trap and when it has water in the trap, that will prevent the sewer gases from coming back into the bathroom.

Rogermack: Glad you are enjoying your 320. We love ours and it was sad to put it to bed for the winter. Right now itís in storage and we probably wonít get it out again until sometime in March. The DW and I are looking forward to when she can retire and we can do a bit more time on the road.

Took advantage of a gorgeous day to winterize mine. Last year the dealer did it and I had them install the winterization valve and tube. Made it super simple to DIY today. So glad I did that.

Also checked my L-bracket bolts and found a couple of loose ones. Fixed those too. Also brought my hitch home to wire brush, repaint and retorque the nuts.

You should check your nuts every once in a while.

Anyone still active on this thread?

Hi all! The hubs and I just put a deposit down on a 2018 Avalanche 365MB. These weren't even on our radar since they were out of our price range, but we got really lucky with a closeout deal and we couldn't be more excited. I was amazed at the quality of the unit when we walked through and it had everything we really wanted, minus the outdoor kitchen. But who needs the outdoor kitchen when you have a sweet indoor kitchen!

I was wondering if any of you have had any other issues and if you're still completely happy with your purchase. I would love to hear any updates. We take possession on Friday. This will be my hubs first RV, and my second from years ago when I had a 2004 Forest River Surveyor TT that had a major issue with the slide out, hoping to not repeat that experience. He's a little nervous about pulling this monster but he's got the truck to do it - 2009 Ford F350 SRW LB CC.

Can't wait to kiss hotels goodbye and use our new house on wheels! We are even thinking about full-timing in it for a year while we build our house. Any experiences to share would be appreciated!

I had a 2013 Avalanche. It was a great unit. Never any issues. Traded it in on an Alpine. Only reason was because i wanted to upgrade. I've owned two Laredos, one Avalanche, one Avion, and a few others. You may have a few issues as I did with my Alpine but if you're mechanically inclined, you'll be ok. Enjoy your new unit.

Do a very detailed delivery inspection. There may be some small issues but you should be able to get those fixed under warranty. The Avalanche and Alpine are made in the same factory with a lower output capacity. We love our Alpine and have had no major issues. Enjoy your new rig. We will be here to help when/if needed.
