Call from rental lot

“Hey Bill did you lend your trailer to a friend? They dumped the black tank in the city sewer, call me”
So I call “ hey this is Bill you call me? “ “yes the rental manager caught a guy dumping into the city sewer “ I told him I did not so he said ok sorry. So all weekend I am thinking who would finger me for that? So Monday morning I March into his office and ask why he thought it was me. “Sorry Bill we found out who did it.your all good.”
So that was solved. But what idiot would do such a thing? We may or get rain until next December.and the sewer goes into the bay.
Well got that off my chest without naming and shaming someone.
