The dripping on the ground is out of line. The mold and mildew in the belly will be a problem. You have a leak.
I have a low spot in my underbelly. I put a hole in it so the water can run out.

Something is leaking under camper; either a tank or water line. In any case, investigate asap.

water leak

I have not noticed anything like that with our waste tanks.

I do have an issue with my fresh water tank though. But since it is -15 C here, that is not happening for awhile.

Very glad that you are getting some help from the dealer.
