Rear Window Seal

Hi everyone,

I have a 2016 Xlite 26RLS. When we first purchased the unit, the rear(large) window had to be replaced due to it being installed with a bow in the bottom sill. It was replaced under warranty. Fast forward to a year later and now the bottom gasket that the slider rides in has come up 3" and has turned rock hard. As a result you can't open the slider window.

Does anyone know if you can just purchase a new sill gasket for the LCI window? The dealer said that Keystone declined the claim and it didn't matter that it was an egress window. Basically saying I need to purchase a new window.

Any help or thoughts are appreciated.

It can’t hurt to contact Lippert. We have found that they have excellent customer service and their technical service people know their products.

Thanks, can't hurt. Looks like it only has one screw holding in the track on the inside. Just don't see how to slide out the window.
