Fuzion Speakers
Well I figured out where a draft in my den was coming from. The outside speakers need a cover over the back. I am looking for a plastic boil or a sheet metal cover.
Here are pics with flash off and a second with flash on.

I think your right a big plastic bowl should do nicely. I'm going to check mine out too, my outside speakers need replacing but I never thought about them leaking air till now.

I have a suggestion put a speaker grill over your hole. The speaker needs to move air in order to work properly.

maybe some double sided sticky tape on bubbled foil insulation as an easy fix?
Also it looks like the speakers should be pulled out and seal up the exposed wood that was left when they hole saw'd the holes. If a speaker material rips, that wood, would then be exposed to the elements

outside speakers
I have a 377se raptor and my outside speakers are not very loud I wonder if after covering the back side of your speakers if it made a difference on the volume of the speakers outside?

Get a set of these and glue/staple/whatever your choice to the wall behind speakers. It will insulate and provide a better/louder sound quality.

Took old speakers out today.
I broke the grill for a better look at the old speakers.

The new speaker boxes came in. The new speakers should be here this PM.
Here is how they should seal the hole. I will post pics as I install.

Finished up.
I tried to put insert in from the outside, the hole was too small. I sealed with clear caulk(from CW), non latex, and placed the boot on the inside.
The sound is 100% better and the air leak is gone!

I have to do mine as well, outdoor speakers sound terrible. I looked behind the couch and there they were, the backs of them not covered. The sound is awful inside.
