Correct Track adjustment

New Forum member here, so excited to be part of this community! I just purchased a 2015 Keystone Bullet and I have a question about the correct track axle adjustment. The information I've seen so far always show the adjustment bolt being from 3 o'clock down through 6 to 9 o'clock.

My question is, if I can adjust the bolt so that it is from 9 to 3 on the top sideby, so that trailer will sit a little bit lower with the equivalent fore-aft adjustment position. Has anyone done this?

The bolt only moves fore/aft, the off center hole in the adjustment cam will move it in I believe 1/8" increments.

Oh I see, thanks for the close-up pic and explanation. I was misunderstanding how everything moved.
