Yes, that is a good deal. Especially if all the mounting and balancing was included. Tires are generally priced around $125 each.
Just a word of caution though, trailer wheels are usually designed to be lug centric. My local Sam's club only has a hub centric balancer. This may or may not make a difference in ride quality. Only one commercial tire place in a 25 mile radius of me has a lug pin-plate adapter. They aren't readily available.
