Dometic Refrigerator - No lights

I have a 2018 Passport 2920BH.
Dometic DM2652 fridge.
Control Board #:3316348.000

No lights on front control panel. 5A fuse is good. 3A is not a fuse, it's a resettable "breaker". I've tried power cycling to reset. No joy. 110V is good. 12V is good. Propane is flowing.
I'm left assuming this board needs replacing. The board number I entered is from the black cover of the board. I can't find that 331 number on the Dinosaur electronics site to match the part.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

Found this site:

https://www.thedometicguy.com/dometi...ards-for-sale/

It may also be a failed eyebrow board. I would test for power to the eyebrow before spending money on the control board

Did you try the high temperature reset button on the chimney?

Service manual in case you don’t have it... start at page 17 and you should be able to nail down the DC power issue (lights) and such...

I'm looking on the Dometic Guy's site and here is the issue I'm having. The cover on my board ends in .000 everything I'm finding online seems to end in .900
Is this the same board?
Also, as I've read here, if I'm going to replace boards, I'd rather use Dinosaur than Dometic. I can't seem to match my number to a Dino part. Although the P711 looks very very close.

I've taken the eyebrow board off to take a look but it's just a simple circuit board. I'm not really sure how to troubleshoot that. Should I just replace them both?

Don't know if this is related or not. This whole ordeal started when we ran out of propane the other night. I never could get propane to flow after switching tanks and hours of trying to reset everything. I finally replaced the gas auto switchover regulator and all is working properly with propane now.
I noticed the fridge lights were out around the same time.

Thanks for that manual!
I'll look for that high temp reset and also start down the list from the manual.
I'll post back shortly.

It was the high temperature reset!!!! All lights back on.
Thank you so much!!!

Upside of this adventure is I got a total freezer defrost...

I would like to go ahead and get one of those dinosaur boards to keep on hand as a spare, if I could ask for assistance matching the part.

Thanks!

Use the "PRODUCT NUMBER" found in the interior of the fridge and then go here:

Here is what my label says:

MFG No: 958686997
SER No: 74886231
MOD No: DM2652RBX

I'm assuming the Mfg no. is what I need. I don't see that number on the dinosaur cross reference. Am I missing something simple?

You can give Dinosaur Electronics a call at (541) 994-4344 on Monday morning. They'll tell you exactly which board you need for your refrigerator. If I were you, I wouldn't buy a board before needing it. There's lots of potential for something to get damaged on the board while sitting in a box on a shelf and if your luck is like mine, the board you have won't be the replacement you need for the "other board" that goes out in the water heater or the furnace..... BTDT.... It only takes a couple of days to get a replacement from Amazon and many RV parts stores are now carrying Dinosaur products, usually "overnight delivery" from their warehouse.
