Did Keystone stop making open-floor toyhaulers?
Just curious, did keystone quit making open-floor plan toyhaulers? I love my Carbon 349, but in just browsing their website even all the Carbon toyhaulers have garages now. Looks like Attitude are about the only ones carrying open-floor toyhaulers now. Wonder why? Most with garages only have 10', some have 12' but then the trailer is over 40' long.

We have noticed in a couple entry-level toyhaulers in our RV park that the smells of the side-by-sides and motorcycles seems to be throughout the RV if there is no dividing wall. DW would not be happy with this.

Ha ha! Reminds me of how the moment you enter any Harbor Freight store in the US, everything smells like Chinese tires!
I couldn't hack living in that. Give me the saddlery any day.

Did Keystone stop making open-floor toyhaulers?
Hmmm, mine doesn't smell at all. If the inside of the trailer smells like gas then you have something wrong with your atv/sxs. They should not smell. Also when I load my sxs I always put down floor covering, then take it out after unloading. Also the new toyhaulers have directional vents on the sides of the trailer that when opened they pull out any fumes/smells out of the trailer. I have also been trailers that are not toyhaulers that smell like bacon grease inside. haha Anyway no one has answered my question yet???

I don't know if Keystone stopped making it but I'm guessing your answer could be found on the Keystone web site. As for smells, maybe wash off the tires after riding thru any fields with cows or horses would be in order.

Our first toy hauler was an open floor plan. It was great and the myth of fuel and oil smell is not real. I find the only ones who talk about it are those who have never had one. As stated above if you smell fluids then you have leaks somewhere in which case they will smell regardless. I had every intention of getting another one but my wife fell in love with our new floor plan. I don't see any in the Keystone lineup anymore but Forest River still offers quite a few. I really like the extra cargo capacities. I have seen some with up to 20' of cargo space. We used to fit a side by side and a quad in ours. It was only 26' long but it had 14' of cargo space. Having the dual purpose space is really nice in keeping the trailer length down. The only draw back we ever found was doing multi-day traveling. If you wanted to stop somewhere overnight your living space was full.

I had an open floor plan Forest River toy hauler and it had vents on the side and never smelled any gas. I only used it to haul my trike and the trike doesn't give off gas smells anyway. I had to have the "open floor plan" as the trike has an 11' footprint. Most of the toy haulers with a separate garage that are reasonable length (under 35') will have a 10' garage I think.

We had a hard time finding an open floor plan but finally did in a 2019 Impact 3219.

The Impact 3219 is no longer being produced. The only way to get one is to find a unit on a dealer's lot. There are none going down the assembly line and there won't be this model year, if ever.

I was very disappointed to find out that they stopped the open floor plan when we went to buy a new toy hauler. We ended up buying a Wolf Pack instead. I like the open plan because then you don't have to buy a 40' unit to haul some toys. I also have never had a problem with the toy smell.

Open plan versus enclosed garage
We use our toyhauler for point to point destination trips and cross country/ multi month ones also. With an enclosed garage you have nothing in the way while living in it if you don't stop where you can ride. The open will always have the UTV, SXS or motorcycle in my living area. Just my 2 cents.
