2014 Fuzion 395 Fireplace?

We have a issue now with our fireplace. It won't turn on...... I checked the fueses and the circuit breaker in the power converter and all looks good there. Nothing blown or tripped. I reset the breaker and still nothing when we try to turn it on. Anyone have any ideas on why the fireplace won't come on?

Fireplace is 110V, your other thread said your gen isn’t working, and the power is out.

Like said, it's on 110v. Our fireplace outlet is behind the unit, so u got to remove it.
Ours is a Fuzion FZ420.
It's likely a GFI protected. Sometimes I hear multiple outlets in same GFI circuit. Try other outlets nearby, test with a lamp or something. See if u have multiple dead outlets.
Also, being 110v, u need shore power or generator on.

Just remove plastic trim around front of fireplace.. four screws and you can slide unit out.. Then you can unplug and verify the AC outlet has power. If so then you know issue is with fireplace itself.

Try resetting the breaker on the park pedestal. You may have lost half of your 50 amp service when the power came back on. JM2¢, Hank

Last evening I was able to pull the fireplace out of the cabinet and check it out futher. I have power at the plug inside the cabinet and the fireplace won't power up at all. Looks like a dead unit. Searching Amazon for a replacement. I have found a few on there and I am looking at pricing.

Just an update.... Ordered a new fireplace from Amazon, that is on back order. Still waiting on a ship date. I did upgrade a bit to the one with the digital display on the glass front this time though. Hopefully they will become avaliable soon.
