Noob from PA!

Hey all,

Checking in from southeast PA, this is a great site that I've already enjoyed lurking. I have camped all my life (family's RVs, tents) but have finally reached a point in my life where I can own an RV. I have been active duty Army for 18yrs and conditions haven't allowed RV ownership due to overseas assignments, deployments, etc.

I take delivery of our new fifth wheel Sprinter Copper Canyon 275FWBHS in a few weeks, TV is an '05 Dodge CTD. The family is really excited to camp as soon as this arctic tundra thaws!

Post welcome

from western Pa

Yes I agree, time for a break. Yes all of us are a little tired of this white crap. As others are still digging out, I was excited to finally see the tops of the AC and vent covers. Good Sign

Happy and Safe Camping SOON !!!

Welcome to the group and to the long lineup of members who are also waiting for the end of a very long, cold winter. Glad to hear that you have come to a point where you can now "ditch" the tent and enjoy the comforts of a "house on wheels". Safe travels.

DarkHorse88 (& family),
Welcome to the world of RV ownership & to the forum - glad you joined us!
Suggestion - print a copy of the PDI Checklist. It's a great guideline to follow during your walk-thru.

Welcome! Please let us know how you like the new rv! I have been looking hard at the Sprinter 324bhs, and while the outdoor kitchen would be nice, the thing is almost 38ft long...as such I am now looking hard at the model you are getting! My boys are 6 and 3, so I am thinking they would have plenty of room in those rear bunks? It also looks like they can be flipped up and store bikes and such in there? Congrats again on the new rig!
