Greetings from Ottawa, Ontario

We have left the motor home world this summer and purchased a 2013 Montana 3750FL. We also purchased a 2005 GMC Sierra 3500 Duramax CC/LB/Dualie to pull it with. Just waiting for the hitch to arrive (Mountain Master 22K) - so we have yet to hook up and pull.

The next project is installation of a 3 camera back up system. I would appreciate hearing from any members who have installed a camera(s) on a Montana - where best to run the wires is my question.

I look forward to following the posts here - I've learned a lot already.

There have been several recent threads about rear view back up cameras that have been installed but I'm not sure about on which models they were put on. To find out more about these threads and cameras, try using the forum's search feature and type in your key word(s). You should find something - if you haven't been there already.

And welcome to the forum from "the other side".

Montana Rear View Camera

Thanks Festus2. I tried a search ... there was one posting from someone with a Montana who mounted a camera under a step on the rear ladder ...but no indication in the text or pictures of how the wire run was done to the front of the rig.
I'll keep searching ....

To the forum! The DW and I have the same unit. Let me know what you find out about your Backup Camera. I am interested in installing one myself.
