AC Fan Runs when Furnace is on
Is it normal for the AC fan to run when Furnace is running. I understand the logic of moving the air around the cabin, but the air comes out at a pretty high velocity and it feels cool. I saw another post on this but I'm unable to find it to see what the answer was. I think It was hidden in another post.

Check to see if your thermostat is set to auto. This should solve your problem.

Thermostat just has 3 modes, fan, cool and heat, no auto. I put it on heat, set my temp and the furnace goes on and off as heat is needed (expected behavior), but the AC fan runs the entire time.

Press mode to get fan led on, in LCD display, you will see either Lo, Hi or Au(auto) -- press +/- to get Au showing.

With regards to your thermostat, I had a salesman/manager show me how to reset the system if both AC and furnace fans came on together.
Cycle thermostat to off (no display), press and hold the + button first and without releasing it press the on/off button and hold. After a few seconds the display will indicate --. Release both buttons and then press the on/off button to turn off the system. In the thermostat manual this is called the 'System Initialization' which should have been performed by the installer.
Hope this helps.

The fan was coming on for me every time we would put the heat on this past winter. I turned the A/C breaker off, don't laugh, it worked.
Thank You, I just went out and checked and my fan was on high, put it on auto. Thanks again!

Keystone heat system Fan and Heat on same time
If your heat/furnace is on, at the thermostat with green light indicator, and the central ceiling air/fan is on and blowing cool air through your ceiling vents then you must cycle the on/off button back to fan mode and the press the +or - buttons. You will see the Lo, Hi, and Au. You must at the fan mode to Au.
Then press mode button until you select furnace with the green indicator lite.
This will stop the fan/ac cool air from blowing through the ceiling vents and running constantly.
This will leave just the heat to rise up from the floor vents.
