New guy from WI saying hi

New to forum & TT's but certainly NOT to camping. Been in a 2007 Jayco 12' box for 6 years now and plenty of (canvas) tents prior to that!
4 kids of our own and usually always more along that aren't ours except for those weekends

We usually stay in state except for our annual spring break trip and last year we had 7 of us for that one, yes ALL in the Jayco

Been reading here for a few days and learned so much already that I never knew & I'm sure there's much more to come.

We saw an Outback Loft years ago and always dreamed of owning one...we'll that time has finally come! So I'm doing research before spending a ton of money.

We tow with a Diesel Ford Excursion & also use a sweet 2012 Diesel F-250 from time to time so pulling isn't a problem!

Thanks for the warm welcome!
And it's great to see so many close neighbors, wow!

I have one quick question...what does DW & DD stand for?

I think one is obviously the Mrs, or wife but can't put my finger on the exact translation.

to the forum, we're glad to have you join us.

As for your question about DW and DD, you can find the definition of those and many others here:

http://www.keystonerv.org/forums/showthread.php?t=449

It's an older post in the announcements section of the forum, but still is accurate and current.

Hello from the West side

It will always be true that the smaller the family the larger the RV.
We had out three boys with a 16 footer and now that they have grown and are camping with their kids we moved up to a 36 foot 5er last yeat.
to the forum and hope to see you out here on the West side some day.

Mike & Karol

Dear Wife and Dear Daughter. Picked up the acronyms from my wife, she uses them on her forums. But now that you ask and I can recollect... I don't like it so much I think I'll change it
