I had a trailer fire last October that started at the water heater and everything happened very quickly. We were able to put it out and the trailer was still totaled. I would use soapy water to check the propane plumbing around fittings since they can work loose and pressure test the line. PM's matter, safety and lifesaving devices are there because someone's vacation ended in an unforeseen tragedy. Stay safe
