Fault Alarm
I have a fault alarm that randomly goes off in the middle of the night every month and a half or so. Often, it goes away after disconnecting the battery and running straight off of city power, but now it's going off regardless. I shut off the rec/con circuit and turn it back on, but it just comes back after a minute or so.

Welcome to the forum
What is the “fault”? There are a few different faults that can occur.

No idea what trailer you have or how old it is, so more information is needed to help narrow the possibilities.
My first thought is that your trailer is maybe 3-5 years old and the LP detector is alarming its "end of life" notice. That alarm starts as a short warning chirp about 3 months before the actual "I'm no longer working" chirp begins.
In the early stage, the chirp is short and ends after notice. Once the "detector time has expired" chirps start, they are incessant and will not reset.
So, if we knew more about your trailer, such as age, some history such as battery condition, how it's plugged into "shore power" (a 50 amp or a 30 amp or a garage 15 amp circuit) will help narrow the field.
Also, what kind of "fault sound" are you getting? Is it a "high pitched chirp" or is it a different sound ?

It's was a sustained squeal. Turned out to be the CO alarm. Trailer is a 2011 297RKS. Pulled it off, and it's original time the trailer.

If you have never replaced any of the detectors, smoke/fire, propane, or the CO, it might be something to do at the same time when you replace the CO detector. They all normally need replacement at 5-7 years.
