Carbon 358 USB Power

We bought a used 2020 Carbon 358 and am on our first trip. We have a dual usb station next to the sofa and one in the bedroom. Both have no power. Anyone know where they could be powered from?

All dc fuses on the panel indicate they are good.

Each of them is about 1.5” square and are installed by themselves on each wall. That is why their power supply cannot be determined. All other outlets, lights etc are working fine.

No, especially since one is in the living room and one in the bedroom. Just in case I did turn on all light switches in each room. All other DC loads seem to be working fine.

Have you pulled one or both to see what you have, where the wires might go? They may have never been wired or connected if they were. Take a VOM and check the leads on the back for 12vdc.
