Cougar 368mbi ac not cooling flashing red light

I can see a flashing red light through the filter grill when standing under the ac it runs but not cooling please help it’s a 2021

You might try turning off the circuit breaker that powers the A/C, wait a bit and then turn the circuit breaker back on. Don't know what that flashing red light is, and turning off and then back on power to the A/C is just like rebooting your computer, may work if it's just a control problem.
