Hello from Central California

Hello everyone! My girlfriend and I just bought a 2001 Keystone Springdale 295bh. We live in it full time, and are in the process of fixing everything that needs to be addressed, then we plan on upgrading some things. This is the first trailer either of us have ever owned. It is in pretty decent condition for the most part. It was owned by her aunt before we bought it from her. Unfortunately, it sat outside for years, and has some issues that need to be addressed. Nothing major, that I know of. I look forward to getting tips, tricks, and advice from all of you. Thank you so much!
