Sanitizing fresh water tank

I know the question has came up many times and the procedure has been explained those many times but came across a little video going thru sanitizing the fresh water system. Since there are still those (I'm sorry) that have to de-winterize at some future date, I thought I would share the video in case it might help someone.....my apologies if you've seen it.

As an alternative, you can add the bleach directly to the hose and then mix the solution by filling your tank. Won't hurt a thing and may be easier to do. YMMV.

Also has the benefit of sanitizing the hose. That video scares me. Maybe it's my age, or the six cervical spine, and five shoulder/arm surgeries over the years, but pouring bleach overhead into funnel without eye protection or gloves doesn't seem to be the prudent thing to do.

Yeah, I thought the method of putting it in was a little awkward but it covered the basics of what you need to do. On the other hand......as I've said in another post, this is also a great time when I get to make new tie dyed clothing; by suspending the bottle up THAT high I could probably tie dye my cap as well.....just thinking out of the box....

It's a pity and a shame he didn't have a longer funnel.

If I tried that I'd have tie dyed pants, socks shoes as well as a shirt!
