Been looking at moving up to 5th wheeler. I reaearched so much I got totally confused...was ready to buy anything. Liked the 355 floorplan....not haulung much besides wheelchair and golf cart. Camd down to grand design or raptor....have been camping since 74...first tlr was 8ft pink bomb with wings. If ur looking watch out for research overload...it hurts. Hi from south central pa

Hey! Welcome to the forum!

Research is tedious but necessary. Looks like you have the trailer you want, the more important part is to know that you have the proper tow vehicle; what do you plan for the 355?

Welcome to the forum. The 355 is a sizable 5ver so hopefully you have enough truck for it. GVWR is almost 16,500 lbs, which will put your pin weight, when loaded at roughly 3300 lbs...maybe more. Then add up the weight of the hitch and all other cargo that the truck will have...passenger(s), tool box, whatever goes in or on the truck. The question becomes, how much payload capacity does your truth have, based on the sticker on the driver side door post. Most likely you are in Dually territory with that trailer. You may already know all of this, but you didn't say what truck you have for a tow vehicle.

Excessive payload capacity is a wonderful thing

Congrats on that Raptor and to the Toy Hauler Family ! Enjoy

As stated by another member you are probably nearing the limit of that 350, Dually would give you more margin and more rubber on the ground when you are pulling that big sail in the wind

Be Safe and Happy Camping
