Bunk bed failure

We bought a brand new passport bh175. Picked it up and took her home. My son climbed on the lower bunk. And it collapsed. I checked it out and the screws pulled right of the wall. Attached to the studs they were not. Got my stud finder out and fixed it. This could have been a massive safety incident. If this was the top and someone was below. We called the dealer. They said bring it back, 3 hours away. My wife emailed the seller since he was not in she called. And got nothing in response. Not any acknowledgement. Nothing. Email to keystone, and it was robotic and pathetic.

I am one, extremely unsatisfied customer. No one seems to honestly and genuinely care. I asked the. To at least add that to the list of checks for pdi for safety sakes. No response. It's disappointing and I know that I will never buy another keystone product again. Click image for larger version
