In Command System App

I have a new Keystone Cougar 27 SAB with the in-command system.

The App Works for everything, but it will not activate the electronic awning.

Is it supposed too?

Is there a separate mechanical switch for awning? If so does awning work?

Yes - The touch pad in the camper will work the awning and the slides.

The App will not work the awning. It does work the slide.

When you installed the App did you load the floor plan from the DC and sync ?

I’d try reloading the floor plan from the DC “Display Commander” screen.
