Hi,
We have a 2016 Fuzion 420 that has two cameras. One is on the back of the unit underneath the rear awning, and the other one is located in the cargo area. There is a switch located near the cargo camera that must be turned on, otherwise there'll be no power to camera display unit. I'm not sure if your unit is configured the same way or not.

My 414 has the same camera setup as Dennis and Jackie. However, on the newer models including your 2018, Keystone has opted to only include a camera prep package as you no doubt have discovered. From the factory, the power lead is wired into the reverse lead from your truck’s 7 pin connector so you will want to check for power there when the truck is in reverse before troubleshooting much further. As a side note, if you are interested in the camera functioning as a rear view camera and not just a backup, the power lead can be located in the junction box attached the the trailer pin and moved from the reverse lead from the 7 pin harness to the running light lead from the 7 pin harness.

Our 420 is same as above. 2 cameras and a switch.
Could be a switch in an odd location?

What camera do you have and did it come with your 414?

My camera is one that came with my 2018 Chevy Duramax and is wireless and displays on my factory screen (GPS/Radio)In my truck. Directions for it says just needs a power and ground either full time or reverse power.

Just wondering if they added a fuse to your wiring and if perhaps its running through your fuse box and no fuse in holder. I have seen this before. In fact it was that way on my new GMC truck a few years ago. The power wire to the trailer hookup had no fuse in the fuse holder but was labelled so I was able to find it.? I mean the fuse box on the trailer not the truck by the way.

Do you have the after market system that GM sells! I have that system and my dealer installed. Works like a charm.

It’s the BOYO camera system and it did come as part of the 2016 Fuzion Chrome package.

My '18 Carbon 347 didn't have power at the camera with parking lights on or reverse so I tapped into the parking lights. There is a switch by the garage light switches that doesn't appear to control anything. It's probably what initially fed the backup camera power
