If the W/D is installed by the dealer before first sale they are required to make pen & ink deduction notes on the cargo labeling. If done after you buy it remember to deduct its total weight from your cargo capacity.
Looking at the location I noted it/they will be located close to the axles. That's probably a good thing as it wont put much on an already heavy hitch weight.
Just a note for future consideration. You may want to soon change those LRF tires. Most owners with a trailer that size opt to go with commercial grade low platform trailer tires. The popular size - because of very close overall diminutions - will be 215/75R17.5. They are LRH with a load capacity of 4805# @ 125 PSI. Goodyear G114 is the most popular and close to the most expensive. Sailun is another popular brand and much less expensive. All the majors make them. Some are speed rated "J" 62 MPH. The ones mentioned above are speed rated "L" 75 MPH.
