TV issues

Hi, so the small TV in my bunk room isnt working. it has a converter block that takes 110 and converts it to 12Vdc nd plugs into the back of the TV. is there an easy way to test the converter block so I can find out if it is that or the TV?

thanks
Steve

Easiest way is with a Volt/Ohm meter. The plug in part will have the polarity molded in the case. Most common is ground on outside and positive on inside of plug.

I was thinking that after I posted this, not sure why I didn't think of it before. Hopefully my probes will fit inside the end.
