Bullet 26RBPR

Hi we have a 2022 Bullet 26RBPR and the zone two fuse will spark when you go to replace it unless you switch the giggly box over. We are connected to shore power. The fuse controls the T-stat, main interior lights from what we can tell. When fuse is replaced it blows right away. Any ideas on what is causing it to blow?

Sounds like a dead short to ground. Few questions first. Is this a new issue or did you just purchase the unit? Has there been any work done on the camper recently? Can you identify everything that's 12vdc that doesn't work? I.e. check all lights, the stereo, TV antenna booster, fridge and water heater use 12vdc for the control board like the A/C as you found out.

Welcome to the forum

It does sound like a dead short. If the interior lights are all on a switch, remove the switch and pull the power wire from the switch. If the fuse doesn’t blow then you know it’s in the lighting. I’ve seen metal shavings work their way into the light switches
