New tires for the truck.

Well I finally bought some new tires. We are heading out tomorrow morning for a five day trip so I'll let you know how it goes. Tires are Michelin Ltx at-2 . 265/70/18 load range e. I've been keeping the tt around 6200lbs and it's not been bad but I'm sure I'll be happy tomorrow.

I would run the rear at max when towing and the front about 65. Any more than that and you may find you get a floating feeling in the front.

Thanks Tbos I'll try it tomorrow morning and see how it pulls. I'm sure I'll probably be back in a 2500 next spring but I'm doing ok for now. Payload is the killer. Dan
