Fuzion sliding door/window glass broke

Came home from a couple hundred mile trip to find the solid glass window next to the slider in the toy hauler broken. Have a couple of questions:
1. What may have caused this? Nothing was loose, the trip was nice and smooth with no sudden braking or sharp turns.
2. Any experience replacing the glass in a Fuzion or other toy hauler with rear glass slider like this? Take back to dealership for repair or use an auto/Home glass place?

This is a 2008 Fuzion 393 that is on the third owner. No previous issues with the slider or window before this. Owned for just over a year and have several trips on it.

I've not had any experience on your issue but if you have a local glass shop then I would probably take it them instead of to the dealer. I imagine it would be less expensive and would get it done faster. After all, the dealer is probably going to do the same thing and then upcharge you for the repair. I would also let the glass shop know what and where the door is used for.
