Looking for Replacement tie down part, interior and exterior

Does anyone know how to find this part? I have a 2018 Outback. There is some sort of tie down bar on the wall in the garage, and there is supposed to be 2 of them. The last owner took one out, to make a dryer vent. I need to replace it inside and out.

That’s not a tie down, it’s a vent used in toy hauler garages to vent fuel fumes.

Should be available at most any RV parts outlet.

Thank you for the clarification. I have not had luck finding this part after sending pictures to several RV part dealers, both local and nationwide.

Try this link https://www.etrailer.com/RV-Vents-an...line/9106.html

With the description, part numbers and brand listed at the link, you should be able to get the information your parts department needs to get the right part for you. If you've been asking them for a "Outback tie down in the garage" then they are very likely looking in the "opposite direction for what you need". Maybe asking them for the "Sidewall vent in the garage" will probably be all they need to look in the right part of the parts book.

Ha ha! I recognize this gadget! I located and installed three similar on the roof of a horse trailer back in 2008. I'm amazed... over 16 years, the price today is actually a few dollars cheaper!

Enjoy your new rig, and welcome to the group! Lots of good people here, with tons of experience.

If you do decide to add Floor Tiedowns, make sure you know where your tanks are before drilling into the floor. Hopefully, a quick look under the trailer will help.

Good Luck,
