Operating my three sliders
Hello everyone I bought a 2003 keystone Big Montana with three sliders. I had it delivered here to our home about a year and a half ago and was going to use it as a guest apartment for folks when they stayed with us but that never materialized. When they brought the camper here they said everything up all the sliders went out hydraulically and I haven't used it since. It's time to sell it because I'm not using it and I kind of figured that the one switch operates all three slides, I may be wrong. Anyhow I pushed up on the rocker switch and the bedroom slider slid in no problem but then the other two sliders didn't even start. Is there another switch for the other two sliders is there something that I need to do in sequence I'm lost. Thank you

Welcome to the forum
The one switch will do all 3, the smallest and lightest slide will move first as a rule. If you try to move the slides make sure you have a FULLY CHARGED battery and try to be plugged into shore power. I suspect the hydraulic motor may have tripped the overheat breaker. It should be self resetting so you may have to wait for about a minute. If you press the button, you should be able to hear the pump running.

Hi thank you Chuck for getting back to me. I am plugged into the house right now. I also found out from not using the camper that my two batteries aren't any good so I need to go get two more. Should I get the two batteries first for continuing or should the power from the house hook up beat enough.? Thank you Chuck

Your onboard converter/battery charger isnt meant to operate the slides without the batteries hooked up. Get at least 1 battery and try again. Since your selling the trailer I would get a group 24 SRM.

Okay what I'm going to do because I won't feel right unless everything works good I'm just going to go by two new batteries and put them in and then try everything. I'll get back to you Chuck thank you so much, you're a big help I don't know much about the camper I was looking for someone to pay to show me how to use everything but unfortunately you would think here in Florida that could be easily done but I haven't been able to find anyone. Your help is much appreciated

Group 24 is the size of the battery, not really sure what the SRM stands for. The more important thing here is the size. If you remove the batteries UNPLUG FIRST. and dont plug back in until the new ones are hooked up. Pay attention to the connections and if the old ones are group 27, you can replace with the 24.

I’m not familiar with your particular rig, but there is a possibility that your bedroom slide is electric, and the slides on the main level are hydraulic. If the bedroom slide is electric, you should be able to see a motor and cables on top of the slider when in. If that is the case you may need to find a second switch for the other slides.
Since you’re selling, buy one Rv / marine deep cycle.
Good luck,

Check hydraulic switches
I have a 2010 Montana with 3 slides, all are hydraulic there are 3 hydraulic switches behind a lockable door and the 2 main floor switches may have inadvertently turned off allowing only the bedroom slide to operate

You might also want to check the IFC settings.. Individual Room Control..
The hydraulic slides (3) can be set to not move with the IRC.. Normal motion on a 3 slide hydraulic slide RV is.
BR slide always extends and retracts first
Main slides then close after BR slide has stopped motion
Check the IRC

As restez stated above, with hydraulic slides there are a set of switches (or knobs) that need to be turned which will allow all the slides to move at once or just one individually. Find those knobs or switches and I think you'll have your problem solved. IF the battery moved one slide, it will move the others also. You may want to move them one slide at a time though. Maybe the battery by itself did not have enought "umph" to move all 3 at the same time. So the person who delivered and set the camper up retracted them one at a time and just left the knobs or switches set for the last one retracted.
Find those knobs and I think you'll have your answer.

There is no lockable door on a 2003. It is not clear what RV you have. Is it a 2003 keystone Big Sky Montana? What model? If there are individual hydraulic valves, they will be in a manifold mounted above the batteries near the pump.
Does the pump noticeably slow down when the bed room slide reached full in? That implies the other hydraulic lines are closed off. If the pump stops completely, i.e. no sound at all, then it is more likely the self-resetting 12V circuit breaker is overheating and has opened up.

You are looking for a THREE VALVE control like shown in the link i have added. THis is usually located near the hyd pump... the 3 knobs you see in the link control fluid flow... If the two main slides are closed ( screwed in ) then those slides will never move until you open those two valve knobs
