When the Capital Grill was first being installed, Keystone was installing them in a shelf/cutout built of wood. That apparently did not provide sufficient clearance from heat sources, so they re-designed the shelf to be made of metal. This eliminated the "fire hazard" but did not do anything for the units already in the field. So a recall was initiated. You can read the recall notification letter here:

Chances are your dealer has already done the recall on your trailer (if it is new) or it was not a part of the recall. Just look at your grill installation. If it's mounted in wood, then you need to do more checking and contact your dealer. If it's mounted in metal, the recall doesn't apply to your trailer.
