No zone 2 heat

2018 carbon 347 5th wheel toy hauler

Heater works.blows mega heat into the bathroom and bedroom, barely a whisper in the living area and absolutly none in the toyhauler.

I opened up the storage area and exposed the furnace and it seems to be blowing real hard but all air is directed at the ducts leading up to the bathroom and bedroom, but doesnt seem to be directing heat down i to the lower ducts that run back to the rest of the trailer.

Is this a common problem? Is there a fix?

Thanks in advance.
