2019 Keystone Sprinter limited water heater

Anybody know how to get to the water heater can see the valves to turn off the by pass but can't reach them.

Sometimes you need to remove a drawer, or a panel to get your arms in the space to reach.

It can seem daunting, and I have contorted my body many times to reach the darned valves.
