Holding tank blanket heaters

Hello, I have a 2013 keystone fuzion 36 foot toy hauler, and want to be able to do some winter camping. Areas that will be visited will be around the Provo Utah area, around the January time frame. My question is, has anyone installed holding tank heaters to a rig that wasn't originally fitted with them. My thought is to connect directly to the batteries, with switched and fused connections. I've reached out to Keystone but didn't get the response I was expecting. They did tell me that while I dont have the complete extreme weather package, the tanks are "enclosed" and the bottom of the coach is completely skinned. Also the holding area is heated with it's own vent and also from under the stairs. Also I plan on pouring the non toxic antifreeze into the grey and black tanks but am hesitant about adding it to the fresh water tank. Any info on the non toxic antifreeze would be appreciated as well.
Thanks, Riley.
