The living area looks great. The bathroom area is not what I’d like.

I understand your desire for a bathroom sink area separate from the toilet area (which at this point we all agree is non-existent in a newer model), but is there a specific reason why you won’t accept anything “less”? Maybe the simplest solution is just to keep and refresh the unit you have now?

You’re right Bulldog! My wife says just keep what we have. I have considered swapping out the dinette and sofa and I may still do that. The camper is getting long in the tooth though.
